Client inquiries: When potential clients submit the intake form on your website, we collect their name, contact information, and case description. This data is forwarded to you and stored securely on our platform.

Usage data: We collect anonymized analytics about website visits (page views, referral sources) to help you understand your site traffic. We do not track visitors across other websites.

Payment information: Payment details are processed and stored by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: provide and maintain your website, deliver client inquiries to you, process payments, communicate about your account, and improve our service. We do not sell your data or your clients' data to third parties.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate:

  • Cloudflare — hosting, CDN, and DNS
  • Stripe — payment processing
  • Google Fonts — typography

Each of these services has their own privacy policy governing their handling of data.

4. Cookies

We use minimal, functional cookies necessary to operate the service (authentication, session management). We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your subscription is active and for 90 days after cancellation. Client inquiry data is retained for 12 months and then automatically deleted. You may request earlier deletion at any time.

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including SSL encryption for all data in transit, encrypted storage for sensitive data at rest, and regular security audits of our infrastructure.

7. Your Rights
